Lake Forest Showhouse

Andrea Goldman Design created this Women’s Retreat for the Lake Forest Showhouse in 2020. Designed to be the epicenter of a woman’s life in her home, this environment features designated areas for relaxing and reading, enjoying coffee on the balcony, or hosting friends for a game night. Layered materials add depth and interest while maintaining the room’s calming neutral palette. One-of-a-kind furnishings were sourced from India and Thailand to add character to the space, and a signature light-fixture of hand-blown glass and knotted rope by Longhouse and artist Windy Chien anchors the room.
